## How to use this record

Replace every bracket with verified information and remove irrelevant sentences. Do not ask for card, medical or identity records in a group message. Do not claim a refund completed, catch guaranteed or license included unless the actual arrangement supports it.

Keep confirmed facts, estimates and unknowns distinct. For a requirement record the responsible source, checked date, supporting evidence and next action. Retain private financial, identity and personnel documents securely; do not put them into public URLs or analytics.

Before acting, verify changing requirements with the responsible agency and obtain qualified advice for the actual operation. This document does not submit an application or establish that any requirement is satisfied.

## Complete confirmation example

Business example; adapt to the actual accepted offer and remove every unresolved placeholder before use.

“Hello [name], we have confirmed [private whole-boat/per-seat product] for [date and local time], reference [non-sensitive reference]. The agreed service is [duration, guest count, target experience and material limits]. Your total is [amount and known extras]; we received [amount] and the remaining [amount] is due [when/how]. The applicable terms are [accessible policy/version].

“Meet at [verified boarding place] by [arrival time]. Parking is [actual instruction]; the boat boards at [specific landmark]. Please use [verified map/instruction], rather than assuming every nearby launch is our departure. If delayed, contact [real method].

“We provide [actual inclusions]. Please bring [items] and verify the fishing privileges appropriate to your activity and dates through [current LDWF link]. Where applicable, our captain's Charter ROLP covers that landing-permit requirement for paying anglers; it does not replace every guest fishing privilege. Please contact us privately before the trip if the described boarding or service needs discussion.

“Our next weather update will be [time/method]. A reservation does not determine the captain's operating decision. Any change will be explained under the accepted terms.”

## License reminder example

“Your [trip/date] is approaching. Please check the fishing license or exemption appropriate to your activity and dates using [current official source]. Different guests may need different privileges. Contact [responsible person] privately if the trip details are unclear. Please do not send identity or medical documents to this group message.”

## Missed-payment follow-up example

“Our record shows [balance] remains due for [trip/reference] under the terms accepted on [date]. Please use [secure legitimate payment method] by [actual deadline], or contact [person] if you believe our record is incorrect. We will explain any booking-status change under those terms. Do not send card details by reply.”

Verify the ledger before sending. Do not invent a new penalty or deadline after booking.

## Complaint acknowledgment example

“Thank you for telling us about [brief neutral issue]. [Responsible person] is reviewing the booking and trip record. We will respond by [realistic time] through [method]. Please send any additional details privately to [appropriate contact]. We will explain the next step after reviewing the facts.”

Avoid promising a particular settlement before it is authorized. Preserve relevant records and follow actual incident/insurer duties separately.

## After-trip thank-you and photo choice

“Thank you for joining [actual trip]. Here is [promised receipt, photo access or catch-care information]. If anything needs attention, contact [responsible method]. May we use [specified photograph] for [specified purpose]? Your trip service does not depend on agreeing. Promotional updates are optional through [appropriate subscription choice].”

Obtain and retain the relevant permission, including appropriate treatment of children's images. Do not turn a service message into an automatic marketing subscription.
